Woodstock SWARM III

Last weekend was a BLAST!!!  I have SUCH a great group of gals. LOTS of FUN!!

Here are a couple of pics:

This is what the room set up looked like. We had 25 very talented ladies attend.

This is one of the posters I created to add some fun.  Our theme was "Lucky Girls", using lady bugs, shamrocks, and all things lucky! It was St Patrick's Day after all!

Here are the goodies we made up for each lady.  My good friend at Fancy Nancy's Cookies did the yummy cookies. I used Tags, Bags, Boxes and More to make the purse.  They were filled with stamps and a punch.  I used 18" paper to make the size bigger.  The font on the purse is from Quarter Note ... LOVE that font!

FIRST WOODSTOCK SWARM OVER and ready for the Scrapbooking Pages

WOW!!!!! What a FABULOUS weekend!  The first of hopefully many Woodstock Swarms was a HUGE success!!!  Had so much FUN!!!  So many talented people, funny stories, giggles, and great food all tossed together, equals one heck of a weekend!!!

Go here to see some of the pictures posted by attendees.  I had so much help with this event. A BIG thank you to all that attended and to everyone for contributing!  I could not have done all of this on my own, obviously.  It was all so magical!!! JUST PERFECT!!

WOODSTOCK SWARM

So, counting down to my first SWARM as a Hostess!!!! Here's a little sneak peek into the weekend!!

Each event (hopefully, 3-4 times per year) will have a different theme.  I'm having SUCH fun!!!

This little guy was actually created by my scrap partner, Chris Swanson, on her SCAL.  Then, I cut the cauldron and bubbles from the Paper Doll carts.  I am using www.zazzle.com to have the buttons printed.  Trying to figure out how to do two color t-shirts on the Yudu ... Wish us luck!!!

SWARM

I am SOOOO excited!! I have been dreaming about hosting a SWARM all Summer and I finally checked out the available dates at my office and weekends are open!!  So, I am shooting for October 8th and 9th.  Yes, it's only six weeks away, but I can't wait!!!  hehehee

If you are unaware of what a SWARM is... it's a collection of "bugs", aka Cricuts!!! Non bugs are welcome too!  It will be a weekend full of camaraderie, food and PAPER!!

The cost will be $15 each day (Saturday and Sunday) and will be held in Woodstock, Georgia, off I-575 and Hwy 92.

Mr. Cricut Crazy has agreed to donate an item to "raffle off" at the event!!!  How INCREDIBLY Sweet!!!  But, SSSHHHH ... it's a surprise!!!   ;-)

More details to follow!!  Come join us!!
